After completing his Veterinary Degree in 2003, Dr. Ranjan pursued an MBA before realizing his true passion remained in veterinary medicine. Since moving to Canada in 2008, he's worked extensively throughout the lower mainland before acquiring Intercity Animal Emergency Clinic in 2015. With specialized training in advanced imaging and endoscopy, Dr. Ranjan also operates Skylark Veterinary Ultrasound Service. As a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners, he maintains particular interest in feline medicine while continuously expanding his expertise through professional development. Outside the clinic, he enjoys tennis, soccer, basketball, hiking, and traveling.
Combining experience as both a veterinary assistant and manager, Mansi expertly oversees clinic operations while supporting our veterinary team. Her background includes caring for her own dogs in India, a mixed breed and a German Shepherd named Tiger and Aden. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Mansi enjoys hiking, reading, and quality family time.
Our Head Registered Veterinary Technician brings over a decade of experience since entering the field in 2010. A Sheridan College graduate, Erica joined our team part-time in 2021 before assuming her current full-time leadership role in 2023. Her professional interests include clinical pathology, anesthesia, and pain management. At home, she cares for three cats, including one with complex medical needs. During her free time, Erica enjoys horror movies, concerts, and collecting unique items.
